Eligibility

You shall not impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent identity, age or affiliation with any person or entity. The "Site" may terminate the registration of the "User", and any content or information that You have posted on the "Site" and/or prohibit You from using or accessing the Service or the Site (or any portion, aspect or feature of the Service or the Site) for any reason including the reasons stated above, at any time in its sole discretion, with or without notice, including without limitation if it believes that you are under 18 years of age.

The site contains copyrights and intellectual property rights in certain material presented on the site (including but not limited to text, audio, video, graphical images), trademarks and logos (including trade mark "dishtv"), of dishtv, its parent, affiliates and associates and are protected under the applicable Indian laws. Any infringement of the IPR will be considered illegal and shall be vigorously defended and pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

All copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in all material or content supplied as part of the site shall remain at all times vested in dishtv or its licensors. You are permitted to use this material or content only as expressly authorised in writing by dishtv or its licensors. You will not assist or facilitate any third party to, copy, reproduce, transmit, distribute, frame, commercially exploit or create derivative works of such material or content.

Unless expressly permitted in writing by dishtv or its licensor, you shall not capture, copy, reproduce, perform, transfer, sell, license, modify, manipulate, create derivate works from or based upon, republish, upload, edit, transmit, publicly display, frame, link, distribute or exploit in whole or in part the site, the site content or site code or otherwise use the site, site content on any other web site.

Recharge & Delivery Policy 

Dish Tv UAE has tied up with a third party enabler for the recharge. Dish Tv UAE is not responsible for any delay, pricing or cancellation of recharge from DishTv operators end. Though, best efforts are made to keep the service above acceptance levels.
Dish Tv UAE reserves the right to add / drop a channel count includes channels, Services, and / or change the package rates.

User is solely responsible for the selection of DishTv and the recharge amount. Dish Tv UAE is not responsible for Extra time given against recharge done through Dish Tv UAE as this is purely at DishTv operator's disposal.

Changes to the Terms and conditions

The site may amend its terms and conditions at any time, at its sole discretion. If there are any change made in the Terms and conditions, the same shall be notified to You by posting an announcement on the site so that You are abreast of the changes that occur on the site from time to time. The changes will become effective, and shall be deemed accepted by You, 24 hours after the initial posting and shall apply immediately on a going-forward basis with respect to payment transactions initiated after the posting date. If You do not agree with any such modification, Your sole and exclusive remedy is to terminate Your use of the Services. 

Refund policy


All sales of Recharge are final and there will be no refund or exchange permitted. Please be advised that You are responsible for the mobile number or Dishtv Card number you purchase Recharge for and all charges that result from those purchases. Dish Tv UAE is not responsible for any purchase of Recharge for an incorrect mobile number or DishTv Card number.

However, in a case where a transaction has been completed by you on the Site, and money has been charged to your Credit card or bank account but a Recharge has not delivered within 24 hours of your completion of the transaction then you may inform us by sending us an email on sales@dishtvpay.com or posting us a message on the Contact Us page also u can live chat with agent . In such a scenario you will be entitled to a full refund. We request you to include in the email the following details - the mobile number or DISHTV CARD number, Name, Recharge value, Transaction date and Order Number. Dish Tv UAE shall investigate the incident and if it is found that money was indeed charged to your card or bank account without delivery of the Recharge then you will be refunded the money within 6 working days from the date of the receipt of your email. but You Should Contact Us with In 7 Days after 7 days There Will be no refund policy. 

Customer Support 

We provide Customer Support only Regarding  Recharge issues , Billing issues or any issues related to portal recharge .we can't help you fixing with Signal Problem , Card Pairing issues ,Softwear updgrade issue ,any hardwear issues.  

 Bank Transfer & Deposit  

Due to anti-money laundry international laws and government regulations, deposits/online Transfer in the local currency are  available after verification.  

  • We will accept Transfer  only from your personal account must match with your profile and verification documents.

  • Company Accounts transfer are not accepted .

  • in case of any other account used for transfer , funds will be returned to sender account after 15 days and a penalty of 2.5 USD Charged.

  • international cash deposits /  money Transfer are strictly not allowed.

  •  Pay only via ATM Transfer , Inter Bank  Transfer or Same bank to bank transfer option only 

  • Transfer Amount will  be Credited in 4 hours During Banking Hours .Payment made in non-banking hour will be credited in next bank processing cycle.

  • Payments less then the minimum amount and more than maximum amount not allowed.

Channels and Package 

DTH Operator  reserve the right to add or remove a channel from a package and to add or remove the entire package without any prior notice. Dish Tv UAE  will not take responsibility if a channel or package added or removed from the connection.

Recharge Billing Cycle 

All DTH operators work on a principle of 30 days as billing cycle which means a month recharge is 30days. The customer should aware that 30 days billing cycle will come to effect only for ACTIVE connection at the time of recharge. IF customer’s connection is deactivated at the time of recharge DTH operators will deduct DEACTIVATION GRACE CHARGES which will affect customer’s 30-day billing cycle by losing the number of days in the time of recharge. Dish Tv UAE  will not take any responsibility for losing a number of days due to deactivation grace charges recovered from your DTH account. To learn more about Deactivation Grace Charges. please contact your DTH Operator.  

Recharge your account with a bank card is fast and easy.

 Just follow a few simple rules:


- Plastic cards only. We do not accept virtual cards.
- Only cards in your name. We do not accept anonymous cards.
- Only cards issued in the country of your profile address.
- You can use different cards, but not more than 2 cards every 60 days.
- We do not accept physically damaged cards.

Verification

We need to verify all the cards that you will be using. This verification is a simple check we are required to do under commonly accepted card payment security practices.

Please complete the verification within 72 hours. After that, your incomplete deposit transaction will be dropped (see 'What if I don't complete this verification?').

How does verification work?

- When you first use a card, we email you asking to kindly do a few simple things.
- After everything is done, Recharge with this card will no longer require this check.
- If you use a new card, we will need to verify it too.

What will I need?

- The card you are using for the Recharge.
- A photo ID.
- A modern digital camera or a smart-phone.

What are the steps?

- We send you the instruction email.
- You take a few photos and upload them using the link in the email.
- We check your photos.
- If things are OK, your Recharge completes automatically.

What if I don't complete this verification?

- Your card deposit will be canceled.
- Your bank will unblock the pre-authorized amount on your card. Usually it takes 21 Business days or less.
