Refresh request can be made from our website for customers recharged from our website, refresh requests for the third party recharges can not be refreshed.
Avoid making refresh requests immediately after recharging, wait for at least 30mins post recharge, if you’re still unable to view the channels after 30mins from successful recharge; consider making refresh request.
