As a Subscriber of the Company, you can avail the benefit by paying a nominal idle box fee of $ 0.50/month in case you want your connection to be de-activated for a minimum period of 5 days and a maximum period of 90 days. This amount shall be charged on account of maintenance of CAS, middleware and other administrative costs incurred by the Company towards maintaining your account during the active period. For availing this facility, you need to give prior intimation of 1 day to the Company.
